摘要
为探索蝉花多糖对雁荡麻鸡蛋品质的影响,选用450只140日龄体重相近的雁荡麻鸡母鸡,随机分为2组,对照组日粮中添加2%的麸皮,试验组日粮中添加2%的蝉花多糖。正式试验周期为60 d,分别测定第20、40和60天的鸡蛋蛋重、蛋白高度、蛋壳强度等相关指标。结果显示:试验组第20、40和60天的蛋黄颜色均值均低于对照组,但未达到显著水平(P>0.05);试验组在第20、40和60天时的蛋白高度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);蝉花多糖对其他蛋品质指标无显著影响。由此可见,饲粮中添加蝉花多糖可增加鸡蛋的蛋白高度,从而提升鸡蛋的保鲜时间和种蛋孵化率。
In order to explore the effect of cicada flower polysaccharide on the egg quality of Yandang Ma chickens,450 of the hens at 140 days of age and of similar weight were obtained and randomly divided into two groups:the control group which was fed with a diet supplemented with 2%bran,and the experimental group which was fed with a diet supplemented with 2%cicada flower polysaccharide.The formal test lasted for 60 days when the egg weight,protein content and eggshell strength of the tested hens were measured on the 20^(th),40^(th) and 60^(th) days,respectively.The results showed that the mean egg yolk color of the experimental group on the mornings of the 20^(th),40^(th) and 60^(th) days were lower insignificantly than those of the control group(P>0.05).The protein content and shell strength of the eggs of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Cicada flower polysaccharide had no significant effect on the other indexes of the egg quality of the Yandang Ma chickens.It could be seen that supplementation of cicada flower polysaccharide in feed increase the protein content of chicken eggs,which was helpful in extending egg preservation time and raising the hatching rate of the breeding eggs.
