摘要
苏州是长江三角洲重要的中心城市之一,也是国家高新技术产业基地,研究其区域发展与土地利用变化具有重要意义。以2000年、2010年、2020年苏州市土地利用/覆被变化为研究对象,分析苏州市土地利用集约水平并测算产业转移综合效应评价值,再从苏州本身的产业转型过程分析产业转移对土地集约地利用的影响。结果表明:近20年苏州市建成区面积扩张明显,主要是耕地向建设用地的转移;2008年是苏州从承接低端产业向产业转出的转折点,2013年是苏州大规模从低端产业的转出向高新产业转型的转折点。产业转移驱动土地利用向高度集约化发展。
Suzhou is one of the important central cities in the Yangtze River Delta and also a national high-tech industrial base.It is of great significance to study its regional development and land use change.With the land use/cover change of Suzhou in 2000,2010 and 2020 as research object,the intensive level of land use in Suzhou is analyzed,and the evaluation value of comprehensive effect of industrial transfer is calculated.The impact of industrial transfer on land intensive use is further analyzed in line with the industrial transformation process of Suzhou.Results reveal a remarkable expansion of Suzhou's built-up area in the past two decades,mainly from cultivated land to construction land.Year 2008 is the turning point of Suzhou's transformation from low-end industries to industries,and year 2013 is the turning point of Suzhou's large-scale transformation from low-end industries to high-tech industries.Industrial transfer drives the highly intensive development of land use.
