摘要
高分三号卫星是我国首颗C频段多极化高分辨率合成孔径雷达卫星,其聚束模式图像分辨率最高可达1 m。针对高分三号聚束模式数据在城区水面回波信号受干扰较多的问题,使用面向对象的方法并结合DEM高程数据,提取了2020年重庆820特大洪水朝天门区域洪水范围,并通过无人机航拍数据对提取结果进行了验证。实验表明,高分三号聚束模式数据的高分辨率以及迅速响应特征,在洪水应急应用中具有较大的应用潜力。
The GF-3 satellite is my country’s first C-band multi-polarization high-resolution synthetic aperture radar satellite.Its spotlight mode image resolution can reach up to 1 m.Aiming at the problem that the data from spotlight mode of GF-3 is more interfered with in the urban water surface echo signal,we used the object-oriented method and combined the DEM elevation data to extract the flood range of Chaotianmen area in Chongqing City in a catastrophic flood of 2020,and used UAV aerial photography data to verify the extraction results.Experimental results show that the high-resolution and rapid response characteristics of GF-3spotlight mode data have great application potential in flood emergency applica-tions.
