摘要
基于CNLUCC数据,从中山市建设用地面积扩张合理性、建设用地布局合理性、建设用地扩张中心3个方面,分析了改革开放以来中山市建设用地的数量和形态演变特征,揭示了中山市城镇化时空演变进程。结果表明改革开放以来,中山市城镇化发展迅速,建设用地增长速度总体呈现“先快后缓”的趋势,建设用地随时间推移空间分布变化显著;从用地扩张指数分析城镇扩张变化前期趋于合理,后期远高于合理水平线,主要是中部的建设用地逐渐向外扩张,西北与东部建设用地面积有明显增长;景观格局“先波动后平稳”,变化情况与城镇发展趋势相一致;将标准差椭圆运用到城市建设用地,得出建设用地中心可大致分析城镇化中心的转移情况及趋势。城镇化演变进程与中山市各项政策息息相关,人类活动的干预高度影响了城镇化时空演变。
Based on CNLUCC data,we analyzed the quantitative and morphological evolution characteristics of construction land in Zhongshan City since reform and opening up,and revealed the spatio-temporal evolution process of urbanization in Zhongshan City from the rationality of construction land area expansion,the rationality of construction land layout and the expansion center of construction land.The results show that since reform and opening up,the urbanization of Zhongshan City has developed rapidly,the growth rate of construction land shows a trend of“first fast and then slow”,and the spatial distribution of construction land changes significantly with the passage of time.From the land expan-sion index analysis,the change of urban expansion tends to be reasonable in the early stage and much higher than the reasonable level in the later stage.The main reason is that the construction land in the middle gradually expands outward,and the areas of construction land in the northwest and east have increased significantly.The landscape pattern“fluctuates first and then stabilizes”,and the change is consistent with the urban development trend.Applying the standard deviation ellipse into urban construction land,we got the construction land center,which could roughly analyze the transfer situation and trend of urbanization center.The evolution process of urbanization is closely related to various policies of Zhongshan City.The intervention of human activities highly affects the spatio-temporal evolution of urbanization.
