摘要
轨道基础对港区自动化堆场的安全高效运营至关重要。以实际工程项目为例,比较了桩基轨道基础方案与复合地基轨道基础方案的优缺点。针对PHC桩基轨道梁方案,通过SAP2000有限元建模分析不同桩径、桩距和梁截面组合下的轨道梁基础受力,比选取桩基承载力利用率最大情况下的桩基轨道梁方案。
The rail foundation is critical to the safe and efficient operation of automated container stack yards in port areas.Taking an actual project as example,the advantages and disadvantages of the pile foundation rail beam scheme and the composite foundation rail beam scheme are compared in this paper.For the PHC pile foundation rail beam scheme,the finite element modeling of SAP2000 is used to analyze the stress of the track beam foundation under different combinations of pile diameters,pile spacing and beam sections,and the pile based track beam scheme with the maximum utilization rate of the pile foundation bearing capacity is obtained by comparison and selection.
