矿物绝缘电缆轧制成形计算模型 被引量:1

摘要 以矿物绝缘电缆为研究对象,基于有限元分析软件ABAQUS对矿物绝缘电缆建立了仿真模型。然后,根据轧制理论,通过引入修正系数对矿物绝缘电缆建立了铜外套的轧制力、壁厚和伸长率计算模型。将理论计算结果与仿真计算结果进行了对比修正。最后,通过实验进行验证,并对氧化镁在壁厚和伸长率、铜芯在直径和伸长率方面进行了分析对比。结果表明,修正后的矿物绝缘电缆计算模型预测结果与铜外套轧制力、壁厚以及伸长率实验结果的平均误差分别为13.8%、0.9%和5.28%,仿真结果与氧化镁壁厚以及伸长率的平均误差分别为5.3%和3.8%,铜芯直径和伸长率的平均误差分别为5.7%和17.4%,均在合理范围内。该结果验证了修正后的矿物绝缘电缆轧制成形计算模型以及仿真结果的准确性。 Taking mineral insulated cable as the research object,a simulation model of mineral insulated cable was established based on the finite element analysis software ABAQUS.Then,according to the rolling theory,the calculation model of rolling force,wall thickness and elongation of the copper coat of mineral insulated cable was established by introducing the correction coefficient.The theoretical calculation results were compared with the simulation calculation results,and the correction was carried out.Finally,the verification was carried out by experiments and the wall thickness and elongation of magnesium oxide and the diameter and elongation of copper core were analyzed and compared.The results show that the average error between the prediction results of corrected calculation model and the experimental results of rolling force,wall thickness and elongation of copper coat is 13.8%,0.9%and 5.28%,respectively;the average error of the simulation results and the wall thickness and elongation of magnesium oxide is 5.3%and 3.8%,respectively,and the average error of diameter and elongation of copper core is 5.7%and 17.4%,respectively,and the errors are within reasonable range.The results verify the accuracy of the corrected rolling forming calculation model and simulation results.
