摘要
伟隆169是陕西杨凌伟隆农业科技有限公司在西北农林科技大学育种专家指导下选育小麦新品种,是校企合作新成果。以优质高产广适为目标,配制“陕麦94/西农822”杂交组合,后代处理采用系谱法。性状选择采用王辉教授创建的常规优化育种法:常规表型鉴选与基因型分子鉴选相结合,中高代进行多年多环境适应性选择。该品种属半冬性,株型紧凑,分蘖强,成穗率高、抗倒伏能力强,熟相好。具有优质、高产、适应性强等突出优点。经西北农林科技大学植物保护学院抗病性鉴定,中抗条锈病,中感白粉病、赤霉病。良种良法配套,种植面积扩展迅速,在黄淮南片麦区表现出优质高产多抗相结合的优良特性,加速推进了优质麦产业化,应用前景广阔。
Weilong 169 is a new wheat variety bred by Shaanxi Yangling Weilong Agricultural Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.under the guidance of wheat breeding experts of Northwest A&F University,and it is a new achievement of cooperation between university and enterprise.Aiming at high quality,high yield and wide adaptation,the hybridized combination of Shanmai 94/Xinong 822 was prepared and the lineage method was used for progeny treatment.The conventional optimized breeding method created by professor Wang Hui was used in trait selection,which includs combination of conventional phenotypic identification with genotypic molecular identification,adaptation selection for many years and under different environments in middle and high generations.The variety is semi-winter,compact,has strong tillering,high spike rate,good resistance to lodging and good maturity.It has high quality,high yield and strong adaptability.After being identified by College of Protection of Northwest A&F University,it has moderate resistance to stripe rust,moderate susceptibility to powdery mildew,red mold.Its planting area is expanding rapidly now,and this wheat variety shows excellent characteristics of high quality,high yield and multiple resistance in the southern part of Huanghuai wheat area,which can accelerate the industrialization of high quality wheat and has bright application prospects.
