摘要 为了改进柔性压力传感器的响应灵敏度受限的问题。文中基于静电纺丝法制备了醋酸纤维素纳米纤维薄膜和聚苯胺修饰醋酸纤维素纳米纤维薄膜,表征分析了其化学结构、压力敏感性和形貌特征,并以聚苯胺修饰醋酸纤维素纳米纤维薄膜构筑了压力传感器,测试了其传感性能。研究结果表明:以丙酮/N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为混合溶剂进行静电纺丝得到形貌均一的纳米纤维薄膜;通过初始苯胺浓度调控聚苯胺含量,聚苯胺以颗粒形式附着在醋酸纤维素纳米纤维表面;以聚苯胺修饰醋酸纤维素纳米纤维薄膜为关键敏感材料构筑的传感器具有良好的传感能力,其灵敏度为3.02 kPa,在传感范围为0~73.5 Pa时响应时间为0.35 s。此纳米纤维薄膜组装的压力传感器可监测手指按压、笔尖刷动、手指弯曲等人体运动,为压力敏感薄膜材料传感器灵敏度的改进提供了新思路。 The study aims to improve the response sensitivity of flexible pressure sensors.Cellulose acetate nanofiber films and cellulose acetate nanofiber films decorated with polyaniline were prepared by the electrospinning method.Their chemical structure, pressure sensitivity and morphological characteristics were characterized and analyzed.Pressure sensors were constructed with cellulose acetate nanofiber films decorated with polyaniline, and their sensing properties were tested.The results are as follows.The homogeneous nanofiber films can be obtained by using acetone/N,N-dimethylformamide as the mixed solvent.Polyaniline particles are attached to the surface of cellulose acetate nanofibers by an in-situ oxidation polymerization of aniline and the content of polyaniline can be controlled by the initial concentration of aniline.The pressure sensor based on polyaniline-decorated cellulose acetate nanofiber films has a good sensing ability and a high sensitivity of 3.02 kPa.For the sensing range of 0~73.5 Pa,its response time is 0.35 s.The pressure sensor assembled with the nanofiber film can monitor finger pressing, brushing, finger bending and other human movements.The study provides a new idea for improving the sensitivity of the pressure-sensitive film-made sensors.
