红外传感器法和称重法对干燥剂包材水蒸气透过率的研究

摘要 为探究基于红外传感器法和称重法在干燥剂包装材料的水蒸气透过率应用方法,采用红外传感器法和称重法对不同的干燥剂包装材料进行测试。发现采用红外法对干燥剂包装材料测试,测试结果波动较大,测试结果不稳定;用称重法测试干燥剂包材时,增重法和减重法的结果存在差异,增重法的数值偏低。因此,在对干燥剂包装材料的水蒸气透过率进行评价时,应使用适用范围更广,数据稳定性、重复性更优异的减重法。 Application of Infrared detection sensor method and weighing method in desiccant packaging materials.Infrared detection sensor method and weighing method were used to test different materials.The test results of desiccant packaging materials by infrared method fluctuate greatly and the test results are unstable.When the drying agent is tested by weighing method,the results of weight increasing method and weight reduction method are different,and the value of weight increase method is low.When evaluating the water vapor transmission rate of desiccant packaging materials,the weight reduction method with wider application scope,better data stability and repeatability should be used.
