中国高校素质教育现状、问题及改革举措研究

Research on the Current Situation,Problems and Reform Measures of Quality Education in Chinese Universities

发展素质教育是高校培养高素质人才的基石,是知识经济时代高校精神文明建设的基础。在此背景下,高校必须结合素质教育改革提出的新概念、新要求、新模式,深入贯彻落实素质教育观,积极开展素质教育活动。该文着重分析了中国高校素质教育的现状,从学校、教师、学生3个层面,深入探讨了高校素质教育的现存问题。最后,基于现存教学问题提出了一系列改革举措,旨在完善高校素质教学体系,推动高校素质教育的深入化发展。

The development of quality education is the cornerstone of cultivating high-quality talents in Colleges and universities,and the foundation of the construction of spiritual civilization in the era of knowledge economy.In this context,colleges and universities must combine the new concept,new requirements and new model of quality education reform,thoroughly implement the concept of quality education,and actively carry out quality education activities.This paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation of quality education in China's colleges and universities,and probes into the existing problems of quality education in Colleges and universities from the three aspects of schools,teachers and students.Finally,based on the existing teaching problems,this paper puts forward a series of reform measures,aiming at improving the quality teaching system in Colleges and universities and promoting the in-depth development of quality education in Colleges and universities.
