摘要
辅导员工作室是高校加强辅导员队伍建设,凝练特色,推广经验的重要举措。以大连民族大学心理健康教育辅导员工作室为例,文章从定位思路、主要举措、特色亮点等方面论述了民族院校辅导员工作室在学生心理素养培育方面的实践路径。
Counselor's studio is an important measure to strengthen the construction of counselor team,refine characteristics and promote experience.Taking the counselor studio of mental health education in Dalian University for Nationalities as an example,this paper discusses the practical path of the Counselor's studio in the cultivation of students'psychological quality from the aspects of positioning ideas,main measures,characteristics and highlights.
