In the new era of rapid development of information technology,"Internet+"is constantly deepening in all industries and fields in China.In order to thoroughly implement the party's educational policy and the general secretary Xi Jinping's important speech,deepen the comprehensive education reform and speed up the construction of first-rate undergraduate education,this paper aims at the problems existing in the current teaching management in the grass-roots institutions of higher learning,and explores how to strengthen the management of the teaching organization construction at the grass-roots level under the background of"Internet+",and constantly improve the quality of teaching and education.
