高职院校教师工匠精神培育体系的构建

Construction of Craftsman Spirit Cultivation System for Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

中国政府系统性改革方案的持续推进与实施,创造了中国“经济奇迹”,为全球经济发展做出了重要贡献。当前,正值“中国制造2025”工业实施关键时期,加快高职院校工匠精神培育,有利于进一步使中国工业生产制造向“工业设计”的创造之路完善。该文以高职院校工匠精神培育体系的建构作为研究题目,结合日常教育教学经验,解读了新时期高职院校工匠精神培育的必要性;分析了高职院校工匠精神培育体系的构建基础;并以此为基础,探讨了高职院校工匠精神培育体系的构建措施。

With the continuous promotion and implementation of the Chinese government's systematic reform program,it has created Chinese"Economic Miracle"and made important contributions to the global economic development.At present,it is a critical period for the implementation of"made in China 2025"industry.Accelerating the cultivation of craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges is conducive to further improving the creative road from China's industrial production and manufacturing to"industrial design".This paper takes the construction of craftsman spirit cultivation system in Higher Vocational Colleges as the research topic,combined with daily education and teaching experience,interprets the necessity of craftsman spirit cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges in the new period,analyzes the construction basis of craftsman spirit cultivation system in higher vocational colleges,and on this basis,discusses the construction measures of craftsman spirit cultivation system in higher vocational colleges.
