高校学风建设的主要目的就是结合学生学风特点、规律、目标等有组织并且有计划地开展学生价值观、态度、纪律性、严谨性等思政教育和日常管理活动,可以将学生的学习管理和思政教育相互整合,属于系统化的工程。高校学风建设不仅可以满足校园文化建设需求,还能改善学校的市场形象,促使竞争力的增强。但是目前在高校学风建设的过程中,受到很多原因的影响经常会出现一些问题,对学风建设工作的有效开展产生不利的影响。为确保高校学风建设工作的高效化实施,该文提出几点建设路径的创新措施和建议,旨在为高校学风建设工作的良好开展提供帮助。

The main purpose of the construction of the style of study in Colleges and universities is to organize and plan the ideological and political education and daily management activities such as students'learning values,attitudes,discipline,rigor,etc.,which can integrate the learning management and ideological and political education of students,which is a systematic project.The construction of study style in Colleges and universities can not only meet the needs of campus culture construction,but also improve the market image of the University and enhance the competitiveness.However,in the process of the construction of the style of study in Colleges and universities,affected by many reasons,there are often some problems,which have a negative impact on the effective development of the study style construction.In order to ensure the efficient implementation of the construction of the style of study in Colleges and universities,this paper puts forward some innovative measures and suggestions on the construction path,aiming to provide help for the good development of the construction of the style of study in Colleges and universities.
