高校培育时代新人的核心要求与路径探析

新时代,高校人才培养的目标应立足培育担当民族复兴大任的时代新人,以德、智、体、美、劳全面发展为素质要求,培养社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。时代新人的培育是新时代对人才培养目标提出的新要求,是实现新时代总任务的人才保障,是适应新时代的个体成长的内在要求。在高校的育人实践中,时代新人的核心要求应该是有坚定的理想信念和家国情怀、高尚的德行和完善的人格、良好的人文素养和视野格局的“有教养的公民”;也是有强烈的问题意识和理性思辨能力、自我管理和团队协作能力、完善的知识结构和过硬的专业能力的“善于思考的专业人员”。高校作为人才培养的主力,应当将方法体系转化为行动体系,更新育人理念,构建育人工作体系,改进工作方法,践行立德树人的根本任务。

In the new era,the aim of talent training in colleges and universities should be based on cultivating the young person who is responsible for the rejuvenation of the nation,and should be training the builder and successor of the socialist cause with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor as the quality requirement.The cultivation of the young person in the new era is a new requirement for the goal of talent training,a guarantee for the realization of the general task in the new era,and an internal requirement for the individual growth in the new era.General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward many times on different occasions what kind of person to cultivate in the new era,how to cultivate him,and cultivate him for whom.Generally speaking,the concept of the young person in the new era embodies the meaning of“being the builder and successor of socialism”,“shouldering the great responsibility of national rejuvenation”,and“with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor”.In the practice of education in colleges and universities,core requirements of the new generation should be the“educated citizen”with firm ideal and faith,noble virtue,perfect personality and good humanistic quality and vision pattern,and should be the“professional good at thinking”with strong problem consciousness and rational thinking ability,self-management and teamwork ability,perfect knowledge structure and excellent professional ability.As the main force of talent cultivation,colleges and universities should transform the method system into the action system,renew the education concept,construct the education system,reform the work method,and practice the fundamental task of cultivating the person by virtue.
