基于SPOC的医学生物化学混合式教学探究

摘要 目的探讨确立基于SPOC的医学生物化学混合式教学过程中,混合式教学的模式、综合性评价及反馈体系。方法以2018级临床医学专业2班和3班为研究对象,其中2班为对照班,3班为实验班,实验班采用基于SPOC的混合式教学模式,并运用统计学方法对混合式教学的效果进行系统评价。结果实验班的平均成绩比对照班高4.2分,成绩差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。通过调查问卷和访谈可以看出,实验班对医学生物化学SPOC和混合式教学模式的实施较为满意。结论基于SPOC的混合式教学为不同层次的学生提供了丰富的学习资源,混合式教学模式的实施,既增强了师生之间的沟通和交流,又提高了学生自学能力、学习兴趣和动手能力。 Objective To discuss the establishment of mixed teaching mode,comprehensive evaluation and feedback system in SPOC based mixed teaching of medical biochemistry.Methods This paper took Class 2 and Class 3 of Clinical Medicine major of Grade 2018 as the research objects,class 2 being the control class and class 3 being the experimental class.The experimental class adopted the mixed teaching mode based on SPOC,and the effect of the mixed teaching was systematically evaluated by statistical method.Results The average score of the experimental class was 4.2 points higher than that of the control class,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaires and interviews showed that the experimental class is satisfied with the implementation of SPOC and mixed teaching mode of medical biochemistry.Conclusion Mixed teaching based on SPOC provides rich learning resources for students at different levels.The implementation of mixed teaching mode not only enhances the communication and communication between teachers and students,but also improves students'self-learning ability,learning interest and operational ability.
