高校创业生态系统在职业生涯规划中的构建分析

Construction and Analysis of Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in University in Career Planning

如今,国家大力提倡高校学生自主创业,对高校的创业生态化教育提出了新的要求。要求大力推广创新创业教育,提高学生的创业意识,从而培养出具备创新能力的创业人才。在职业生涯规划中构建高校创业生态系统,有助于学生创新创业能力的培养,鼓励大学生进行创业活动,用创业的方式促进就业,缓解一部分大学生就业难的困境,有利于高校创业教育的发展和社会经济的结构优化。创新是生产的第一动力,但就目前的创业生态系统的建设现状来看,我国的创业教育还存在着一些问题,学生的创业实践效果不明显。文章在解析创业生态系统内涵的基础上分析了目前高校创业生态化教育的现状,从而提出了相应的构建策略。

Nowadays,the state strongly advocates college students to start their own businesses,which puts forward new requirements for the ecological education of entrepreneurship in Colleges and universities.It is required to vigorously promote innovation and entrepreneurship education,improve students'entrepreneurial awareness,so as to cultivate entrepreneurial talents with innovative ability.The construction of College entrepreneurship ecosystem in career planning is helpful to the cultivation of students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,encouraging college students to carry out entrepreneurship activities,promoting employment by entrepreneurship,alleviating the difficulties of some college students in employment,and promoting the development of entrepreneurship education and the optimization of social and economic structure.Innovation is the first driving force of production,but according to the current situation of the construction of entrepreneurship ecosystem,there are still some problems in Entrepreneurship Education in China,leading to the final teaching effect is not obvious,students'entrepreneurial practice is not prominent.This paper re understands the connotation of entrepreneurship ecosystem,analyzes the current situation of entrepreneurship ecological education in Colleges and universities,and puts forward the corresponding construction strategies.
