浅谈生活教育思想在高校学生宿舍管理中的应用

高校学生宿舍是学生除了教室、图书馆、食堂之外的重要生活场所,除了生活场所属性,学生在宿舍日常生活中,也会加强学生之间彼此的交流,培养学生符合规范标准的行为习惯。基于此,为了加强高校后勤管理,应当对其中的关键部分,也就是高校学生宿舍进行严格管理。但是根据当前高校学生宿舍管理的现状来看,高校宿舍的管理工作落实效果并不理想,无论是管理主体、思想认识上,都存在较大管理困境,这也是当前社会背景下,学生宿舍与学校管理工作脱节现象的一个重要体现。为了达到加强高校学生宿舍管理的目的,可以从陶行知先生的“生活教育”理论中,寻找问题解决方向,实现和谐宿舍环境的建设。该文将在明确高校学生宿舍教育管理工作重要性的基础上,结合当前学生宿舍管理中遭遇的困境,提出强化学生宿舍教育管理工作效果的措施,希望可以抛砖引玉,为高校学生宿舍管理,提供一条新思路。

College Students'dormitory is an important living place for students in addition to classroom,library and canteen.In addition to the property of living place,students will strengthen their communication with each other in dormitory daily life,and cultivate their behavior habits in accordance with the standard.Based on this,in order to strengthen the logistics management of colleges and universities,we should strictly manage the key part of it,that is,college students'dormitory.However,according to the current situation of College Students'dormitory management,the implementation effect of college dormitory management is not ideal,whether it is the management subject,ideological understanding,there are great management difficulties,which is also an important embodiment of the phenomenon of disconnection between student dormitory and school management under the current social background.In order to achieve the purpose of strengthening the management of College Students'dormitory,we can find the direction of problem-solving from Tao Xingzhi's"life education"theory and realize the construction of harmonious dormitory environ ment.On the basis of making clear the importance of college students'dormitory education and management,combined with the difficulties encountered in the current student dormitory management,this paper puts forward measures to strengthen the effect of student dormitory education and management,hoping to provide a new idea for college students'dormitory management.
