摘要
近年来,我国陆续出台了一系列的政策法规,极大地保证了学前教育的有序发展。但在我国学前教育高速发展的同时,存在的问题也在逐渐暴露,民办幼儿园发展遭遇风险困境,如何引导民办幼儿园规范有序发展是当前学前教育发展的重要任务。该文使用COSO ERM风险管理框架的最新理论,对民办幼儿园的风险管理问题进行系统的梳理与探讨,以期完善风险管理框架在民办幼儿园中的应用,提升民办幼儿园风险管理水平。
In recent years,China has issued a series of policies and regulations,which greatly ensuring the orderly development of preschool education.However,with the rapid development of preschool education in China,the existing problems are gradually exposed.The development of private kindergartens encounters a risk dilemma.How to guide the development of private kindergartens in a standardized and orderly manner is an important task for the development of current preschool education.This paper uses the latest theories of the COSO ERM risk management framework to systematize and discuss the risk management problems of private kindergartens,so as to perfect the application of risk management framework in private kindergartens and improve the level of risk management of private kindergartens.
