关于新形势下日语复合型人才培养的思考

在当前的外语人才培养中,院校需要关注社会整体对外语人才的需求。能力单一的外语人才,与社会需求不相符合。通过对现阶段中社会中各类型外语人才的需求调查,可以得知在掌握一定水平外国语言的同时,还需要具备更为具体的复合型能力,如管理能力、会计能力等。日语相关专业的人才培养数量较大,院校需要结合当前社会中对于外语复合型人才的需求,对人才培养的现有状况进行反思,提出相应的优化策略。基于此,该文展开探讨。

In the current training of foreign language talents,colleges and universities need to pay attention to the needs of the whole society for Foreign Language Talents.The ability of a single foreign language talents,and social needs do not meet.Through the investigation on the demand of various types of foreign language talents in the present society,we can know that while mastering a certain level of foreign language,we also need to have more specific compound ability,such as management ability,accounting ability and so on.With the large number of talents training for Japanese-related majors,colleges and universities need to reflect on the current situation of talents training and put forward corresponding optimization strategies.Based on this,this article launches the discussion.
