Higher education is one of the important components of China's education system.The teaching quality of higher education can directly affect the speed of social development in China.Therefore,the Education Department of our country must pay more attention to the higher education.The quality of university teachers can directly determine the teaching quality and social competitiveness of colleges and universities.Based on this,the education department should pay attention to the quality of university teachers.Higher education psychology is one of the compulsory courses for college teachers,which can help them master psychological knowledge,improve teaching quality and promote the development of quality education.This paper discusses the relationship between the quality of university teachers and the psychology of higher education in order to improve the quality of college teachers.
