摘要 随着我国高等教育事业的快速发展,高等职业教育已成为高等教育的重要组成部分。因此,我们必须重视高职生的心理健康,根据其心理特点,采取有效的预防和干预措施,以促进高职生的全面发展,维护学校的稳定。该文以高职学生为研究对象,从年龄、思想、价值观、情感、学习、管理、就业等方面分析了当代高职学生的特点。从积极心理学的角度出发,引导高职生正视心理问题,采取有效的干预措施,促进高职生心理健康。 With the rapid development of higher education in China,higher vocational education has become an important part of higher education.Therefore,we must pay attention to the mental health of higher vocational students,and take effective prevention and intervention measures according to their psychological characteristics,so as to promote the overall development of higher vocational students and maintain the stability of the school.In this paper,vocational students as the research object,from the age,thought,values,emotion,learning,management,employment and other aspects of the characteristics of contemporary higher vocational students.From the perspective of positive psychology,we should guide higher vocational students to face up to their psychological problems and take effective intervention measures to promote their mental health.
