摘要
欠发达地区急需各类创新型人才,而研究性教学法则是高校培养创新型人才的有效方式。该文探讨了欠发达地区在实施研究性教学法时遭遇的难点,并提出如下三方面建议:首先,立足欠发达地区未来长远的人才市场需求,明确各专业的人才培养目标;其次,加强“外引内培”,切实提高高校教师的研究能力;最后,抓住“后疫情时代”线上教学的契机,将欠发达地区的研究性教学法深入推广下去。该研究可以为欠发达地区高校培养创新型人才提供一定的启示。
There is an urgent need for innovative talents in underdeveloped areas,and the research-based teaching method is an effective way for universities to cultivate innovative talents.This paper discusses the difficulties encountered in the implementation of research-based teaching method in underdeveloped areas,and puts forward the following three suggestions:First of all,based on the long-term talent market demand of underdeveloped areas in the future,further clarify the talent training objectives;Secondly,strengthen"external introduction and internal training"to improve teachers'research ability;Then,seize the important opportunity of online teaching in the"post epidemic era"to further promote research-based teaching in underdeveloped areas.This study can provide some enlightenment for colleges and universities in underdeveloped areas on how to cultivate innovative talents.
