基于PDCA循环视角的高职院校计算机专业教学诊断与改进机制研究

高职院校计算机专业知识范围广,对学生要求更高,尤其是在思维能力、实践水平和团队合作能力、服务社会能力要求较高,唯有持续不断的实行教诊改工作机制,才可以探索出符合当今学情、行业产业发展和学校发展的新型教学模式,全面提高教育教学管理程度,切实推进学校相关质量体系的打造。该文基于PDCA循环理念,将高职院校计算机专业为探索方向,深入研究教学诊断与改进机制,以期有效推进高职院校该专业在教学工作上的改革,需要面向“需求导向、自我保障、多方诊断、注重改进”,继而也能不断地提升技术技能人才的培养品质,为提高高职计算机专业教学品质和教学能力带来帮助。
