基于PDCA循环视角的高职院校计算机专业教学诊断与改进机制研究

摘要 高职院校计算机专业知识范围广,对学生要求更高,尤其是在思维能力、实践水平和团队合作能力、服务社会能力要求较高,唯有持续不断的实行教诊改工作机制,才可以探索出符合当今学情、行业产业发展和学校发展的新型教学模式,全面提高教育教学管理程度,切实推进学校相关质量体系的打造。该文基于PDCA循环理念,将高职院校计算机专业为探索方向,深入研究教学诊断与改进机制,以期有效推进高职院校该专业在教学工作上的改革,需要面向“需求导向、自我保障、多方诊断、注重改进”,继而也能不断地提升技术技能人才的培养品质,为提高高职计算机专业教学品质和教学能力带来帮助。 Higher vocational colleges have a wide range of computer expertise and higher requirements for students.Only by continuously implementing the teaching and diagnosis reform mechanism can we explore new teaching models that are in line with current academic conditions and school development and comprehensively improve education and teaching management Degree,and effectively promote the establishment of school-related quality systems.Based on the PDCA cycle concept,this paper takes the computer major of higher vocational colleges as the direction of exploration,in-depth study of teaching diagnosis and improvement mechanisms,in order to effectively promote the reform of the teaching work of this major in higher vocational colleges,in order to improve the teaching quality and Teaching ability helps.
