医学影视资料在中职外科护理教学中的应用研究

Effect of Medical Film and Television Materials on Teaching Quality of Surgical Nursing in Secondary Vocational Schools

目的分析中职外科护理教学中运用医学影视资料对教学质量的影响。方法将2020年2月—7月我市某中职院校护理专业2个班的100名学生作为研究对象,其中50名学生设置为对照组(进行常规教学),另外50名学生设置为研究组(采用医学影视资料进行教学),对期末考核成绩、自主学习能力评分、批判性思维能力评分(CTDI-CV)进行分析。结果(1)研究组理论考核成绩(95.77±3.85)分、实践操作考核成绩(92.68±3.77)分均高于对照组(89.64±5.62)分、(84.74±4.91)分,P<0.05;(2)组间自主学习能力评分在干预前无明显差异,P>0.05;研究组学习合作能力(26.15±2.81)分、信息能力(38.12±5.23)分、自我管理能力评分(36.14±3.47)分在干预后均高于对照组(20.26±2.84)分、(32.87±4.59)分、(30.74±4.29)分,P<0.05;(3)在CTDI-CV评分方面,研究组干预前后改善程度优于对照组,P<0.05。结论医学影视资料具有直观性、感染性,应用在中职外科护理教学中,可以提高教学质量,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of medical video materials on teaching quality in surgical nursing teaching in secondary vocational schools.Methods 100 students from two classes of nursing major in a secondary vocational college in our city from February 2020 to July were selected as the research objects,50 students were set as the control group(conventional teaching),and the other 50 students were set as the research group(using medical film and television materials for teaching).The final examination results,self-learning ability score and critical thinking ability score(ctdi-cv)were improved Line analysis.Results(1)the scores of theoretical examination(95.77±3.85)and practical operation(92.68±3.77)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(89.64±5.62)and(84.74±4.91),P<0.05;(2)there was no significant difference in the scores of autonomous learning ability between the two groups before the intervention,P>0.05;the learning cooperation ability,information ability and self-learning ability of the study group were(26.15±2.81)points,38.12±5.23 points,and self-learning ability of the study group were(26.15±2.81)points and(38.12±5.23)points Our management ability score(36.14±3.47)was higher than that of the control group(20.26±2.84),(32.87±4.59),(30.74±4.29),P<0.05;(3)in terms of ctdi-cv score,the improvement degree of the study group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Medical video materials are intuitive and infectious,which can improve the teaching quality and is worthy of promotion.
