近年来我国在高校发展的过程中提出了“双一流”建设的方案,主要是建设世界一流大学、一流学科,并且提出了具体的指导方针和要求,“双一流”建设也成为高校教育事业发展的重要战略举措,在这个背景下,传统的教育管理体制机制已经无法满足理念的要求,不能更好地相互适应,不利于教育管理工作的高质量开展。这就需要高校在具体的工作中按照“双一流”建设理念,合理创建和完善教育管理体制机制,对其进行一系列的改革创新,保证所使用的教育管理体制机制能够促使“双一流”建设工作的完成,为高校后续发展进步夯实基础。
