高校文化育人的三重困境与创新对策

文化育人就是以文化人、以文育人。新时代背景下,高校文化育人工作仍然存在着认同困境、推进困境和践行困境。高校文化育人工作要实现创新,就要在优秀传统文化的传承中、在社会主义核心观的践行中、在红色文化的发扬中增进大学生的文化认同;通过发挥思政引领作用、优化高校学术氛围促进推进落实;依托校园文化环境、校园文化活动、用好网络战场使大学生在实践践行形成与时代发展要求一致的价值理念。

Cultural education is to educate people with culture and culture.Under the background of the new era,there are still identification difficulties,promotion difficulties and practice difficulties in the work of cultural education in colleges and universities.In order to achieve transcendence,we should promote the cultural identity of college students in the inheritance of excellent traditional culture,in the practice of socialist core view and in the development of red culture;promote the implementation by giving play to the leading role of ideological and political thinking and optimizing the academic atmosphere of colleges and universities;rely on campus cultural environment,campus cultural activities make good use of network battlefield to make college students form a value concept consistent with the development requirements of the times.
