随着社会的不断发展,护理学科在对应的教育领域中展现较为迅速的发展势态,其质量与科研的水平也得到持续化的提升,这些转变都推动护理学科的改革,让护理核心胜任力更好地融入进教学模式中。对此,该文将着重介绍以护理核心胜任力为培养目标的教学模式,就如何根据核心胜任力来优化、选择全新的教学方式提出建议,希望可以起到抛砖引玉的效果。

With the continuous development of society,nursing discipline in the corresponding field of education shows a relatively rapid development trend,its quality and scientific research level has also been continuously improved,these changes promote the reform of nursing discipline,so that nursing core competence can be better integrated into the teaching mode.In this regard,this paper will focus on the core competence of nursing as the training goal of teaching mode,on how to optimize and select a new teaching method according to the core competency,hoping to play a role in attracting jade.
