高校“思政课”教师的角色认同提升策略研究——基于新时代“立德树人”视阈

摘要 具有清晰的职业角色认同是高校思政课教师素质得以提升、教学质量得以有效提高,更好地实现“立德树人”目标的关键和基本前提。然而,在实际的教学实践当中,因受诸多因素影响,当前高校思政课教师角色认同存在着一定的问题,导致思政课教师工作积极性不高,使得教学质量也受到了一定程度的影响。故而基于新时代“立德树人”视阈,对提升高校“思政课”教师的角色认同问题进行探究具有重要的现实意义和价值。基于此,本文首先简单阐述高校思政课教师角色认同的含义,之后概括了当前高校思政课教师角色认同存在的身份认同度不高、缺少清晰的自我角色定位、缺少足够的角色责任意识等方面的问题。最后基于问题,提出了“立德树人”视阈下高校“思政课”教师角色认同提升的策略,如通过提升师生间的互动提高思政课教师的角色认同;强化思政课教师角色意识的转化和更新;通过思政课主导作用和宣传力度的强化提高思政教师的角色认同;强化思政课教师角色地位和权利的保障。 Having a clear professional role identity is the key and basic premise to improve the quality of Ideological and political teachers,effectively improve the teaching quality,and better achieve the goal of"moral education".But,in the actual teaching practice,influenced by many factors,there are many problems in the role identification of Ideological and political course teachers in Colleges and universities.To a certain extent,which leads to the Ideological and political teachers’low work enthusiasm and the teaching quality.Therefore,the paper aims to improve the role identification of Ideological and political teachers in Colleges and universities It is of great significance and practical value based on the perspective of"moral education"in the new era.Based on this,firstly,the paper introduces the meaning of the role identification of Ideological and political course teachers in Colleges and universities,and then the paper summarizes the problems such as the low degree of identity,the lack of clear self role positioning,the lack of sufficient sense of role responsibility and so on.At last,the paper puts forward some strategies to enhance the role identity of the colleges’teachers of Ideological and political based on the perspective of"cultivating morality and people",such as enhancing the interaction between teachers and students,the transformation and renewal of the role consciousness of Ideological and political teachers,improve the role identity of Ideological and political teachers by strengthening the leading role of Ideological and political course and propaganda,Strengthening the protection of the role status and rights of Ideological and Political Teachers.
