高职院校来华留学生人才培养现状与对策研究

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Talent Training for Foreign Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

新时代背景下,中国成为最受青睐的留学国之一,高职院校来华留学生人数在飞速提升的过程中面临着新的机遇与挑战,来华留学生人才培养过程中问题层出不穷,无论是留学生生源质量、学科分布、课程设置,还是教师队伍国际化建设、留学生教学评估体系、产教融合等方面尚有改善的空间。为突破高职院校来华留学生人才培养的现状,从霍夫斯坦文化差异的5个维度入手进行分析,在坚定文化自信的基础上,加强对来华留学生的思想政治教育,结合高职院校自身优势,坚持产教融合,提升内核建设,培养符合市场需求的国际性人才。

Under the background of the new era,China has become one of the most popular countries to study.The number of foreign students in higher vocational colleges is facing new opportunities and challenges in the process of rapid increase.There are many problems in the process of teaching foreign students in higher vocational colleges.Whether it is the quality of foreign students,the distribution of disciplines,the curriculum,the internationalization of teachers,the teaching evaluation system of foreign students,all of them need to be improved.In order to break through the current situation of talent cultivation of foreign students in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the five dimensions of Hofstein's cultural differences,strengthens the ideological and political education of foreign students in China on the basis of firm cultural confidence,combines with the advantages of higher vocational colleges,adheres to the integration of production and education,improves the core construction,and cultivates international talents to meet the market demands.
