一种护目镜快速粘贴除雾片的设计与应用

摘要 目的 设计一种医用护目镜快速粘贴除雾片,通过使用此设计,解决临床防护工作中医用护目镜镜片起雾而影响工作的问题。方法 该快速粘贴除雾片包括有目镜外贴片、加热件、连接导线、调压模块及通用串行总线(USB)电源接头所构成。通过对粘贴片进行加热后,热量通过热传导与热辐射,传递至镜片面,有效杜绝的冷凝水的产生。结果 快速粘贴除雾片制作完成后,经多次临床测试,佩戴方便,能够有效地去除护目镜佩载过程中因人体与室外温差的冷凝而发生的镜片雾化。可调温装置能根据不同的环境温度来进行加热温度的调整,USB供电方便快捷,并能够粘贴安装在各类型号的护目镜上。结论 护目镜快速粘贴除雾片使用方便,在提高临床工作人员的使用体验的同时保障了使用的安全性,值得推广。 Objective To design a rapid adhesive demister for medical goggles, and solve the fogging problem of medical goggle lenses in clinical protection. Methods The adhesive demister consisted of eyepiece outer patch, heating element, connecting wire, voltage regulating module and universal serial bus(USB) power connector. By heating the adhesive demister, the heat was transferred to lens surface by heat conduction and thermal radiation, and the lens fogging caused by water condensation of temperature difference between human body and outdoor could be effectively prevented. Results The clinical test results showed that the adhesive demister was convenient, and the lens fogging caused by condensation of temperature difference between human body and outdoor during the wearing was effectively removed. The adjustable temperature device could adjust heating temperature according to different ambient temperatures, the USB power supply was convenient and rapid, which could be fixed to various types of goggles. Conclusion It is demonstrated that the adhesive demister is rapid and convenient,which could improve the experience of clinical staff and ensure safety and has a prospected application.
