中职幼师生学习现状及改进对策研究——以某市艺术幼儿师范学校为例

摘要 通过问卷和访谈的研究方法,针对该校学生的学习现状,分析影响学生学习的社会、家庭、校园及学生本身因素,有针对性地提出解决中职幼师生学习问题的对策,即加强职业生涯规划教育及思政课的德育作用,更新教学内容,改变教学方法,改革评估方式,建设班主任队伍,形成家校共育机制。 Based on the questionnaires and interviews,in view of the current learning situation of students,in our school,this paper analyzes the factors affecting students'study,such as society,family,school and students themselves,and puts forward measures to solve the learning problems of the students in secondary vocational school whose major is preschool education.That is to strengthen the role of career planning education and moral education in ideological and political courses,renewing the teaching contents,reform evaluation methods,build head teacher team,form the family school co-education mechanism.
