摘要 该次研究选取南阳职业学院教育学院的大一学生作为样本,在教育学院中随机选择大一8个班级,每班学生人数相近。在实验前进行前测,根据测验结果分析分成实验组、对照组。对实验组每周进行一次心理活动干预,共计5次,由心理委员进行组织并实施干预。在干预结束后对所有班级进行后测,对前后测数据进行t检验,分析得出实验班人际关系与归属感前后差异显著;而对照班的前后数据差异不显著。得出以下结论:心理委员积极带领班级成员进行团体心理活动对于学生的班级归属感与人际关系的效果作用明显,在精心设计的情况下,能够有效提升班级氛围,从而创建良好的班级文化。 In this study,freshmen in the school of education of Nanyang vocational college were selected as samples,and eight classes of freshmen were randomly selected in the School of Education,with a similar number of students in each class.Pre-test before the experiment,according to the test results were divided into experimental group and control group.For the experimental group,psychological intervention was carried out once a week,a total of 5 times,and the intervention was organized and implemented by the psychological committee.After the intervention,the post-test was conducted for all the classes,and the t-test was carried out on the data before and after the test.The analysis showed that the interpersonal relationship and sense of belonging of the experimental class were significantly different before and after the analysis.However,there was no significant difference between the control class and the control class.The following conclusions are drawn:the psychology committee member actively leading class members to carry out group psychological activities has an obvious effect on students'class sense of belonging and interpersonal relationship.Under the condition of careful design,the class atmosphere can be effectively improved,thus creating a good class culture.
