“双高计划”背景下新时代高职院校文化育人路径创新研究

Research on the Path Innovation of Cultural Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era Under the Background of"Double High Plan"

国家职业教育的发展和“双高计划”的建设为新形势下更好秉承文化育人新理念,探索思想政治工作新举措提出新的更高要求。越来越多的高职院校开始关注职业院校文化建设这个命题,也在探索实践中取得了一定成绩,但仍存在一些不足,应该引起重视和关注:重硬件建设,轻内涵挖掘;重表面亮度,轻内涵深度;重短时效果,轻长远效能。基于此现状,高职院校应厘清文化建设与“双高计划”建设的内在关系,用文化育人助力“双高计划”建设:立足文化传承,夯实育人阵地,拓展文化育人广度;坚持文化自信,打造育人品牌,推进文化育人深度;倡导文化实践,激发育人活力,提升文化育人高度,有效提升高职院校文化育人实效。

The development of national vocational education and the construction of"Double high plan"put forward new and higher requirements for better adhering to the new concept of cultural education and exploring new measures of Ideological and political work under the new situation.More and more higher vocational colleges begin to pay attention to the proposition of cultural construction of vocational colleges,and have made some achievements in exploration and practice,but there are still some deficiencies that should be paid attention to:emphasizing hardware construction and neglecting connotation mining;Heavy surface brightness,light connotation depth;Emphasis on short-term effect,light long-term effect.Based on this situation,higher vocational colleges should clarify the internal relationship between cultural construction and the construction of"double high plan",and use cultural education to help the construction of"double high plan":Based on cultural inheritance,consolidate the position of education and expand the breadth of cultural education;Adhere to cultural self-confidence,build an educational brand and promote the depth of cultural education;Advocate cultural practice,stimulate the vitality of education,improve the height of cultural education,and effectively improve the effectiveness of cultural education in higher vocational colleges.
