The spiritual characteristics of the university are the cultural heritage and deep foundation of the development of the University,the cultural label to show the characteristics of the University,and the spiritual gene that the university has a subtle impact on students.Through the overall combing of the historical context of Beijing University of information technology,this paper makes an in-depth study on the spiritual characteristics of each historical development stage of the University,makes a historical interpretation based on different historical backgrounds,and strives to boost the sorting of the school history and help the planning,inheritance and development of the University through research.
