公共危机管理中英文文献研究轨迹及热点对比分析

Comparative Analysis on the Research Track and Hot Spots of Chinese and English Literature on Public Crisis Management

文章以中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science核心合集数据库作为数据来源,使用CiteSpace软件分别对中英文文献研究概况、研究热点和发展轨迹进行梳理。中英文文献的相同点是该领域研究的每一次重大进展都伴随着大型的公共危机事件,不同点主要有:(1)研究发展的轨迹不同。英文文献起步略早,中文研究稍稍落后;英文文献整体呈波动上升趋势且近年来增速加快,中文文献总体呈倒W形变动趋势。(2)研究的着眼点和侧重点不同。英文文献更强调对危机的预测,即事前处理。中文文献显然更强调事后处理,对危机预测感知的研究相对较少,对于危机管理的事前研究相对缺乏。中文文献研究相对集中,对政府和政策的研究占比远高于英文文献。而英文文献侧重于各具体载体或对象的研究,着重探讨危机预测、隐私、信息处理等相关内容,具有分散化的特征。

Taking CNKI and web of science as data sources,this paper uses CiteSpace software to sort out the research situation,research hotspots and development track of Chinese and English literature.The similarities between Chinese and English literatures are that every major progress in this field is accompanied by large-scale public crisis events.The main differences are as follows:(1)the trajectory of research development is different.English literature started earlier than Chinese literature;English literature as a whole shows a fluctuating upward trend and the growth rate has accelerated in recent years,while Chinese literature as a whole shows an inverted W-shaped trend(2)The focus and emphasis of the research are different.The English literature emphasizes more on the prediction of crisis,that is,pre-treatment.Chinese literature obviously emphasizes post processing,the research on crisis prediction perception is relatively less,and the pre research on crisis management is relatively lack.Chinese literature research is relatively concentrated,and the proportion of government and policy research is much higher than that of English literature.The English literature focuses on the research of specific carriers or objects,focusing on crisis prediction,privacy,information processing and other related content,with the characteristics of decentralization.
