大学英语教学改革与跨文化交际能力培养策略探析

大学英语是大学学习阶段的一门基础课,随着当下社会对人才需求的变化,再加上"一带一路"倡议的实施,大学英语教学改革已然成了各大高校关注的重点性问题,只有从现阶段的人才需求着手,积极推进教学模式和方法的改革,加强对学生跨文化交际能力的培养,才能够使得大学生的英语应用能力得以提升,发挥自身的专业优势,创造更大的人才和岗位价值。基于此,该文重点从大学英语教学的现状着手,提出了教学改革与跨文化交际能力培养的有关策略,对实现大学英语教学的创新有一定的指导意义。

College English is a basic course in college learning,With the change of one’s talents and the one belt,one road initiative,the reform of College English teaching has become a major issue of concern to all universities.Only from the needs of talents at present,we should actively promote the reform of teaching mode and method,and strengthen the cultivation of students’intercultural communicative competence.Only in this way can college students improve their English application ability,give full play to their professional advantages,and create greater talent and job value.Based on this,this paper focuses on the current situation of College English teaching,and puts forward the relevant strategies of teaching reform and cross-cultural communication ability training,which has a certain guiding significance for the realization of the innovation of College English teaching.
