文化在高职院校人文精神和职业精神的人才培养环节至关重要,是人心凝聚的精神内核和聚核守正的内生动力,是发展高水平教育的内在引领和支撑,是扎根中国大地办教育的内涵需求和历史使命。在"双高"校建设的良好契机下,探索"双高"校建设中的文化自信培育策略,为高职院校特色高水平发展厚植文化基因,丰富文化软实力、提升文化自觉、培树文化自信、强化文化育人实践提供有益的借鉴。

Culture is very important in the personnel training of humanistic spirit and professional spirit in higher vocational colleges. It is the spiritual core of people’s cohesion and the endogenous power of sticking to the core. It is the internal guidance and support for the development of high-level education, and it is the connotation demand and historical mission of taking root in China to run education. Under the good opportunity of "double high" school construction, this paper explores the cultural self-confidence cultivation strategy in the construction of "double high" school, so as to provide beneficial reference for the high-level development of higher vocational colleges, planting cultural genes, enriching cultural soft power, enhancing cultural consciousness, cultivating cultural self-confidence, and strengthening cultural education practice.
