经济发展促使工业社会朝知识社会方向转型,市场要求高职院校学生既要具备专业技能,又要兼具个人创新能力、职业素养以及解决问题的能力。当前工业发展正从劳动密集型的工业生产模式转向资本和技术密集型的工业生产模式,提升劳动者的个人知识素养、劳动专业技能以及个人处理问题的能力成为新时代人才培养的关键。在高职教育方面,为克服职业教育的局限性,保障学生能够在获取专业技能的基础上,提升自身的职业道德素养、协作能力、抗压能力,就需要加强专职辅导员针对自身职业能力的培养,以此保障能够给予高职院校学生正向、积极、有力的引导。

Economic development has prompted the Industrial society to shift toward a knowledge society. The market requires that students in higher vocational colleges should possess not only professional skills, but also innovative ability, knowledge literacy and problem solving ability. At present, industrial development is shifting from labor-intensive industrial production mode to capital-and technology-intensive industrial production mode, it is the key to improve the workers’ personal knowledge, professional skills and ability to deal with problems in the new era. In Higher Vocational Education, in order to overcome the limitations of vocational education and ensure that students can improve their professional ethics, cooperation ability and anti-pressure ability on the basis of acquiring professional skills, therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the work of the counselors to cultivate their own professional ability and ensure that they can give positive, positive and powerful guidance to the students in higher vocational colleges.
