博物馆中的文物,是传统文化传承与发展的见证与载体,其中蕴含丰富的精神内涵,具有不可忽视的文化价值,加强对博物馆文物管理工作中文物保护措施的研究,能促进博物馆文物保护水平的提升,让各种文物体现出更大的作用与价值。文章以博物馆文物管理中文物保护的措施为切入点,分析了当前博物馆文化管理中文物保护工作的现状,并从制度建设、职业素养、保护措施、工作模式、群众教育5个层面提出文物保护的创新策略。
