摘要
青少年阶段是个体自尊发展的重要阶段,在此阶段的青少年心理发展正处于半成熟半幼稚的状态,人际关系困扰成为青少年学生面临的重大问题之一。为了了解青少年的自尊水平,改善学生人际关系困扰的现状,该次研究调查了650名青少年学生,采用了《罗森伯格自尊量表》《人际关系综合诊断量表》,对收集的数据进行了描述统计、相关分析等。研究结果表明:青少年的自尊处于中等偏上水平,人际交往存在一定程度上的困扰,并依据研究结果提出了两点建议。
Adolescent stage is an important stage in the development of individual self-esteem. At this stage, the psychological development of teenagers is in a state of semi-maturity and semi-childish, and the problem of interpersonal relationship has become one of the major problems faced by young students. In order to understand the self-esteem level of teenagers and improve the current situation of interpersonal problems, this study investigated 650 adolescent students. Using Rosenberg self-esteem scale and interpersonal relationships assessment scale, the collected data are described and analyzed. The results show that teenagers’ self-esteem is in the upper-middle level, interpersonal communication is troubled to a certain extent. According to the research results, two suggestions are put forward.
