为加强新形势下大学生思想政治教育,提高大学生基础理论教育教学质量,有必要根据新形势新任务的要求,进一步推进高校教育辅导员职业核心能力建设,充分发挥其在大学生基础理论教育发展中应有的作用。增强高校教育辅导员职业核心能力意识,应以不断提高自身素质为根本前提,以不断增强职业自信心为最大动力,以不断提高自身核心能力为最终目标,使高校辅导员在从事自身工作时能够“思考”“敢于”和“能够”,培养一批具有责任感、工作技能和优秀素质的高校辅导员。
