摘要
示范性幼儿园是建设学前教育公共服务体系的中坚力量,对普通幼儿园的发展有着不可或缺的引导作用。该研究以家园合作共育为出发点,通过访谈法和观察法调查发现示范性幼儿园在组织家园合作共育时虽然有信息沟通、教育咨询、团体活动、参与管理等多种形式,但仍存在自身建设不足和示范形式与内容机械单一等问题,建议通过端正示范性幼儿园家园合作共育的态度与责任意识,加强与社区的联动,从而更好地发挥示范性幼儿园的引导作用。
Model kindergartens are the backbone of constructing the public service system of preschool education,and play an indispensable role in guiding the development of inclusive kindergartens.This study takes home cooperative education as the starting point,through interviews and observation,it is found that although there are various forms of information communication,educational consultation,group activities,participation in management and so on,there are still some problems such as insufficient self construction and single demonstration form and content in the model kindergarten.It is suggested that the model kindergarten home cooperative education should be corrected To strengthen the linkage with the community,so as to better play the guiding role of the model kindergarten.
