Analysis on the Construction of Characteristic Counselor Team in Higher Vocational Colleges--Based on the Comparative perspective

高职院校和普通高校的辅导员队伍建设虽然有“高”的共同点,但二者的性质、学生和条件不同,这就决定了高职院校必须走跟普通高校不一样的,独具高职特色的辅导员队伍建设道路。为了凸显其“职”的特征,高职院校必须通过强化辅导员实践能力、推进校企合作培养模式、强化选聘、培训机制,建设具有高职特色,自力更生的辅导员队伍。

Although the construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges and ordinary colleges has the common point of"high",but their properties,students and conditions are different,which determines that higher vocational colleges must take a different path from ordinary colleges and take the road of counselor team building with high vocational characteristics.In order to highlight the characteristics of its vocational characteristics,higher vocational colleges must strengthen the counselor's practical ability,promote the school-enterprise cooperation training mode,strengthen the selection and training mechanism,to build a team of counselors with high vocational characteristics that can fully meet the vocational education needs of vocational college students and become self-reliant.
