素质提升是职业教育改革与实践的首要任务,实现人才素质提升最关键是教师队伍的提升,高职院的师德建设是师资队伍建设的关键。高职师德建设“三千工程”是通过“三千项目”为载体,引导教师积极帮扶学生、主动提升学生技能和奉献社会公益,在师德提升的基础上有力促进学生素质的提高。
