基于人才素质提升的师德建设“三千工程”实践探索

摘要 素质提升是职业教育改革与实践的首要任务,实现人才素质提升最关键是教师队伍的提升,高职院的师德建设是师资队伍建设的关键。高职师德建设“三千工程”是通过“三千项目”为载体,引导教师积极帮扶学生、主动提升学生技能和奉献社会公益,在师德提升的基础上有力促进学生素质的提高。 Caliber improvement is the primary task of vocational education reform and practice.Talent caliber improvement is subject to the improvement of teaching staff.Teacher morality building plays an important role in teaching education in higher vocational colleges."Three Thousand Project",teacher morality building in higher vocational schools,focuses on guiding teachers to help students improve skills and dedicate themselves to social welfare.As a result,the programs promote students’essential qualities based on the improvement of teacher ethics.
