师范生在“推普脱贫”中的实践策略探索

党的十九大以来,国家实行乡村振兴和精准扶贫战略,教育部、国务院扶贫办、国家语委也印发了“推普扶贫”攻坚计划,作为当代师范类大学生,更应该利用自己的专业优势,切实发挥语言文字的基础性作用,在推普脱贫工作中起到引领示范作用,深入贫困地区开展推广普通话社会实践活动。该文通过实地调研、问卷调查、三下乡社会实践、个别访谈等方式对青海、贵州、广西、新疆等省份的贫困山区开展推广普通话实践活动,并在查阅文献、分析数据、归纳总结的基础上探讨师范类大学生在推普脱贫工作中的积极作用,包括对于师范生自身素质的提高、贫困地区国家通用语言文字的深化、语言共享促进就业机会共享等,进一步对师范类大学生深入社会实践,特别是推广普通话活动,了解西部贫困地区小学普通话教育的情况提供相关建议,为国家扶贫先扶智,扶智先通语,到2020年,贫困家庭新增劳动力人口应全部具有国家通用语言文字沟通交流和应用能力这一目标贡献力量。

Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the national strategy of Rural Revitalization and targeted poverty alleviation has been implemented.The Ministry of education,the Poverty Alleviation Office of the State Council and the State Language Commission have also issued a plan for poverty alleviation.As contemporary normal university students,they should make full use of their professional advantages,give full play to the basic role of language and characters,play a leading and exemplary role in the work of poverty alleviation,and go deep into poverty-stricken areas Exhibition and promotion of Putonghua social practice activities.In this paper,through field research,questionnaire survey,three rural social practice,individual interviews and other ways to carry out the promotion of Putonghua practice activities in the poor mountainous areas of Qinghai,Guizhou,Guangxi,Xinjiang and other provinces,and on the basis of literature review,data analysis,summary,the positive role of normal college students in the promotion of poverty alleviation,including the improvement of normal students'own quality The deepening of national common language and characters in high and poor areas,language sharing to promote the sharing of employmen opportunities,and so on,will further deepen the social practice of normal university students,especially the promotion of Putonghua activities,and provide relevant suggestions for understanding the situation of Putonghua Education in primary schools in western poverty-stricken areas,so as to help the country to help the poor first,and to help the wisdom first,and to promote the sharing of employment opportunities All of them have the ability of communication and application of national common language.
