高职创客社团面临的困境和发展对策研究

Research on the Dilemma and Countermeasures of Maker Associations in Higher Vocational Colleges

社团是高校最重要的第二课堂,建设创客社团是实践育人的重要内容,同时也是建设校园文化的重要课题。从国家层面、学校层面、学生层面分析了创客社团对双创人才培养的重要性,找出了目前高职院校创客社团建设面临的问题,提出:制度先行,改革社团发展模式;文化建设,营造创新创业沃土;活动对接,创新人才培养模式;发挥育人功能,激发创客导师热情等对策,以期为高职创客社团良性发展提供解决方案。

The community is the most important second classroom in Colleges and universities.The construction of maker association is an important content of practical education,and also an important topic of building campus culture.From the national level,school level and student level,this paper analyzes the importance of maker associations to the cultivation of entrepreneurship and innovation talents,finds out the problems faced by the construction of maker associations in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the following suggestions:system first,reform the development mode of the Association;cultural construction,creating a fertile land for innovation and entrepreneurship;activity docking,innovative talent training mode;giving full play to the educational function to stimulate the enthusiasm of maker tutors Countermeasures,in order to provide solutions for the benign development of Higher Vocational maker associations.
