摘要
该文从文化自信的视角来观照汉语国际教育中的人才培养问题,在对文化自信的内涵以及研究意义做以清晰概括界定后,在培养方案上主要聚焦两个方面,一个是汉语国际教育师资培养中家国情怀和国际视野地树立,另一个是留学生跨文化适应性的培养。最后总结了新形势下汉语国际教育人才的特点。
This article discusses the issue of talent training in Chinese international education from the perspective of cultural self-confidence.After clearly defining the connotation and research significance of cultural self-confidence,the training program focuses on two aspects,one is in the course of Chinese international education,the cultivation of teachers is the establishment of Chinese national sentiment and international vision,and the other is the cultivation of international students'cross-cultural adaptability.Finally,it summarizes the characteristics of Chinese international education talents under the new situation.
