职业教育是实践性很强的教育,深入研究特色职教理论是职教发展的强大推动力。文章调研较具代表性的苏派职业学校文化与特色总结了“苏派职教”所具有的敢为人先,创新发展;崇尚科学,文化深厚,活实兼重;笃行务实,精而不拘等文化特征,同时具有水文化的刚柔并济,丝绸文化的细腻性。研究补充了苏派职教的文化内涵,丰富“苏派职教”的理论。

Vocational education is a highly practical education,in-depth study of the characteristics of vocational education theory is a strong driving force for the development of vocational education.This paper investigates the culture and characteristics of the representative Su vocational schools,and summarizes the cultural characteristics of the"Soviet vocational education",such as daring to be the first,innovative development,advocating science,profound culture,emphasizing both living and practical,being pragmatic,refined and informal,etc.at the same time,it has the hardness and softness of water culture and the delicacy of silk culture.The study complements the cultural connotation of the Su vocational education and enriches the theory of"Su vocational education".
