近年来,在国家重视思政教育工作的环境背景下,教学工作已经不仅是进行思政理论的教育指导,更为重要的是培养学生的综合素质、优秀素养,促使学生道德品质的发展。而思政教育工作中文化载体的建设和完善非常重要,只有确保其中文化载体的良好性、优化性,才能为学生素质发展提供基础保障。因此,高校思政教师在自身工作中应重点建设思政教育文化载体,借助各种文化载体培养学生的良好思想素质、道德修养,保证育人的水平。
